Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of THE BATH SHOP AG until full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery is by lorry or postal parcel to the home address, construction site or valley station. THE
BATH SHOP AG will charge the buyer a share of the transport costs. We make every effort to
meet delivery deadlines; however, the stated delivery dates are non-binding.
Claims for compensation due to delays in delivery are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. If no

Return shipments
For goods returned, a handling fee will be deducted from the credit issued, with a minimum deduction of 10%.
Appliances may only be returned with our prior written agreement.
Goods delivered more than three months ago cannot be returned. The same applies to damaged
or used items, as well as custom-made/bespoke products. Only items that are part of our current
stock range may be returned. Returned goods must be sent to us carriage paid, in their original,
undamaged, and unopened packaging.

Waranty
We offer a 24-month warranty on all our products (12 months for metal finishes), starting from the date of
delivery, provided they are properly handled and installed by a qualified professional.
This warranty is limited to the free repair or replacement of parts recognized by us as defective,
and excludes any further liability, in particular for installation or removal costs, as well as for material,
bodily, or commercial damages.
